Shettima, who represented President Tinubu, disclosed this on Friday evening in Maiduguri, the capital of Borno state, during the launch of the activities carried out by the Borno state government during the 100 days of Governor Umara Zulum's administration.
According to him, in a statement issued by the press office of the office of the Vice President, he stated that, "President Tinubu has agreed to give the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) 50 billion naira to start the implementation of the Pulaku program - a support program for the people of the north-west region who are suffering from security problems.
